Mauro Ezequiel Lombardo, known worldwide as Duki, was born on 24 June 1996 in Almagro, Buenos Aires, Argentina. He emerged from the city's vibrant freestyle battle scene, particularly El Quinto Escalón, and is widely recognized as one of the pioneering figures who helped popularize Latin trap in Argentina. Active since 2016, Duki built his reputation through raw lyrical skill and an unmistakable connection to the streets of Buenos Aires, quickly becoming one of the most prolific voices in Argentine urban music.
His studio discography spans landmark releases including Súper Sangre Joven (2019), Desde el Fin del Mundo (2021), Temporada de Reggaetón 2 (2022), Antes de Ameri (2023), and AMERI, which arrived on 31 October 2024. Alongside studio albums, his catalog includes the live release Vivo Desde el Fin del Mundo (2021) and numerous EPs and singles. Each project captures a different chapter of his evolution, from the gritty trap foundations of his early work to the expansive sonic palette of his recent output.
