Playboi Carti Posters

Playboi Carti built one of the most distinctive visual identities in modern rap on a small body of work, four studio projects, each sleeve a poster in its own right: minimalist, moody, and instantly readable on a wall. The 2017 breakout

Playboi Carti, the self titled debut mixtape, landed on April 14, 2017 through AWGE and Interscope. Produced largely by Pi'erre Bourne, it built a whole sound out of minimalism: atmospheric beats, repetitive flows, and ad libs used like punctuation. It peaked at number 12 on the Billboard 200 and carried the singles Magnolia and Wokeuplikethis. On a wall the cover reads as pure attitude, a hazy portrait that set the visual tone for everything after.

Die Lit and the punk cover

Die Lit arrived as a surprise release on May 11, 2018, again through AWGE and Interscope. Carti recorded it in Atlanta between December 2017 and March 2018, nineteen tracks of bass heavy Pi'erre Bourne production with guests including Lil Uzi Vert, Skepta, and Nicki Minaj. It debuted at number 3 on the Billboard 200. The cover is the real prize: a black and white shot of Carti diving headfirst into a crowd of punks, middle finger raised, photographed by Nick Walker and modeled on a classic image of the punk band Charged GBH. It is one of the most recognizable rap covers of its era and a natural centerpiece for any collection.

Whole Lotta Red and the vampire era

Whole Lotta Red dropped on Christmas Day, December 25, 2020, and gave Carti his first number one on the Billboard 200 with 100,000 units in its opening week. The record leaned into a vampire rock star persona and an abrasive sound that critics compared to Kanye West's Yeezus. The cover art is a direct nod to Slash, an underground punk magazine from 1977 Los Angeles, recreated with creative director Art Dealer. The blood red styling and gothic energy make it the boldest piece in the catalog, the one that carries a room on its own.

MUSIC and the 2025 return

MUSIC, also styled I AM MUSIC, followed a long wait and released on March 14, 2025. The thirty song project runs almost seventy seven minutes and plays like a summit, with Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, The Weeknd, Future, Lil Uzi Vert, Young Thug, Skepta, and Ty Dolla Sign. It debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 with 298,000 units and posted the biggest streaming week for any album in nearly a year. As a poster it feels current, the cover that ties a Carti wall to right now.

Sizes and framing

Every print in this collection comes in the full poster range, from compact A4 up through A3 and A2 to statement A1.
