Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed after your purchase and payment are validated:
- For all orders placed on day J before 2:00 PM GMT+1: your order will be processed the same day and shipped on J+1 (business days).
- For all orders placed on day J after 2:00 PM GMT+1: your order will be processed on J+1 and shipped on J+2 (business days).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the event of high order volume or stock issues, shipping may be delayed.
Free Stickers: For all orders over €30, we include free stickers in your order, subject to availability. Please note that free stickers are not available for orders under €30 or for customizable products.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and vary based on your location.
- Standard International Shipping: The delivery time is typically 3 to 5 business days, but during high traffic periods, holidays, or force majeure events, please allow additional time.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local restrictions.
3. Delivery Attempts
Two delivery attempts will be made.
If you are absent during both attempts:
- The package will be dropped off at a collection point (depending on the country), and it will be the buyer's responsibility to go to the indicated location to collect the package within 10 days. If not collected within this timeframe, the package will be returned to us.
- The package will be directly returned to us. Re-shipping fees will be charged to the buyer once we have received the returned package.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping number and a tracking link. You will be able to track the progress of your delivery via the provided link.
If you do not receive this email, you can contact us at hello@postersbase.com so that we can send you your information.
The link provided will redirect you to Correos. Once your package has entered the destination country, you can also track your order through your local postal operator using the same tracking number.
5. Delivery Delays
If you encounter delays or issues with your delivery:
- We recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number if your package has already arrived in the destination country.
- If your package is still in Spain, you can contact us via email. Delivery delays that occur after shipment are the responsibility of the carrier, and as such, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery delay.

6. Customs Duties and Taxes
Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fees. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and may be charged upon delivery according to local laws.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.
If you make a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@postersbase.com. However, we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been shipped.
If the package has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot modify the shipping address after shipment. In this case, it will be up to the buyer to receive the package or pay for re-shipping once the package is returned to us.
8. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your order within the estimated time, or if your package is lost or damaged, please contact us at hello@postersbase.com.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. The carrier has specific timelines for declaring a package as lost (15 days after the estimated delivery date).
9. Right to a Refund for Delivery Delays
The right to a refund for delivery delays only applies if the delay is not due to a force majeure event or circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
According to European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), if no delivery time is specified and it is only an estimate, the seller is obliged to deliver the order within a reasonable timeframe, typically 30 days from the conclusion of the sales contract.
Reasonable Additional Time: If the order has not been received within this timeframe, an additional one-week period is granted to the seller.
