Question 1

What are the shipping costs ?

Accepted Answer

Shipping starts from a small flat fee (from €4.95) and becomes FREE once your order reaches the free-shipping threshold for your delivery country. The exact shipping cost and the free-shipping threshold for your region are always shown on the product page and in your cart, before payment.

Question 2

When will my order be shipped ?

Accepted Answer

We don't use Dropshipping here ! We handle everything from designing, printing, sublimation, to preparing your order, and I personally ship out your packages every morning. Due to the artisanal nature of our art and the high demand, please expect your unique piece to be shipped within 1 to 4 days. Once on its way, we'll instantly provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Question 3

Do I receive a tracking link ?

Accepted Answer

All shipments are fully traceable, and a tracking link is provided to you in your shipping confirmation. Have you waited for the estimated delivery date ? Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered – our partners are doing their best to get your order to you. Make sure to keep an eye on the tracking link for the latest updates and information.

Question 4

Quality Assurance

Accepted Answer

Did your artwork arrived damaged ? No worries ! Please send us clear pictures of the damaged product and packaging and we'll send you a new one. Please, do provide as much information as possible concerning the product and the order.
