About Rich Amiri 'Ghetto Fabulous' Poster
Rich Amiri takes centre stage in this album-style poster for Ghetto Fabulous, built around a dreadlocked figure in a beanie, caught mid-smoke. The portrait is split across a grainy, grid-patterned collage of eight photographs, each one washed out into teal, charcoal and gray. Beneath the images, clean white lettering carries the artist and album name, followed by a full track list, a row of grayscale swatches, a signature and the release details, all laid out like the back of a record sleeve.
The restrained palette makes it an easy fit for a hallway, a studio corner or the wall above a desk, where the cool tones sit comfortably beside concrete, dark wood or soft white paint. Hang it alone for a quiet statement or beside other music prints for a collected look.
The 200gsm paper gives the grain a tactile, matte feel, and the muted teals and deep grays read evenly while the small text stays crisp. Choose from A1, A2, A3 or A4, with no frame, a black frame or a white chrome frame.
Should I buy the framed or unframed version of this poster?
The black frame gives the grainy teal and charcoal collage a sharp, gallery-style edge, while the white chrome frame feels lighter and cooler against the grayscale swatches. Going unframed keeps the poster closer to its raw album-cover feel, and you can add your own frame later.
What size suits my room or wall?
A1 and A2 work well as a focal point above a sofa or bed, where the eight desaturated photographs can really be seen. A3 suits a hallway or a desk wall, and A4 fits a small corner or a collection of prints.
How do I look after it and hang it?
Dust the surface gently with a soft, dry cloth and keep it away from damp bathrooms and direct sunlight, which can fade the teal and gray tones over time. Hang it at eye level, roughly centred on the wall, so the text block and track list are easy to read.
What is the paper like, and how do the colours read?
The print is on 200gsm paper, which feels sturdy in the hand and holds the fine grid of the collage well. The smoky tones blend softly, and the small white text, the fourteen-track list and the signature stay crisp at every size.
